Business Integrity Services proudly hosted the Leadership Training Program (LTP) Graduation Ceremony, marking the successful completion of a 12-month journey designed to strengthen leadership capability across levels — from Team Leaders to Directors.

The LTP is a flagship program aimed at building future-ready leaders by focusing on critical areas such as effective communication, leadership styles, conflict resolution, motivation, and emotional intelligence. Conducted in monthly workshops over the past year, the program combined experiential learning, reflection, and real-time application.

The graduation ceremony was graced by Danielle Stramiello, Vice President – Information Technology, and Giritharan Rengarajan, Country Head – BIS India, who emphasized the importance of investing in leadership development as a driver of organizational growth.
